Client Support Coordinator

DiVinci Painters in Highland Park, Illinois, is excited to announce an opening for a Client Support Coordinator. DiVinci Painters is one of the leading residential and commercial painting companies on the North Shore. This job involves supporting several of our Sales/Project Management Team members, as well as answering phones and greeting guests. The environment is very fast‑paced, constantly evolving, and dynamic. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional administrative support through professional verbal and written communication, with the goal of exceeding the client's expectations. Characteristics Quick learner High‑energy Reliable and trustworthy Flexible Skills 3-5 years of administrative support experience, and provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Meets others' needs in a timely manner and with a positive attitude. Prioritizes activities and responsibilities to achieve goals and meet deadlines. Demonstrates a strong attention to detail. Provides facts and details when conveying information. Thoroughly reviews information for accuracy and consistency. Addresses problems in a timely manner. Experience working in the trades (i.e., painting or construction) or in an administrative support role is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word, and Excel.
