Earnings of up to $111,495 / Annually including bonus. What You Will Need Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program. Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP. Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care. A desire for continuous learning and growth. 2–3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred). Must have a high communication level, great self‑control, and really enjoy working with others. Must be willing to work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
