An established comprehensive cancer center in Bakersfield, California, is seeking a permanent, full-time Hematology/Oncology Physician. This opening is due to a planned provider retirement, offering a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary cancer team. The role promises a competitive compensation package and a flexible schedule in a family-focused community. Practice Info Established comprehensive cancer center Multidisciplinary cancer team including 4 Medical Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, 1 Breast Surgical Oncologist, 1 Infectious Disease Physician, 1 Palliative Care Physician, 1 Dermatologist, and 1 Naturopathic provider Participate in bi-weekly breast tumor boards and monthly general tumor boards Access to clinical trials through a global research team and a partnership with UCLA Compensation Competitive Compensation Package Shift & Schedule xmvmafu Flexible schedule options: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or Monday–Thursday schedule Shared call rotation (1:4) Requirements Board certified or truly board eligible hematology/oncology physician H-1 visa candidates are welcome to apply
