Production Operator

Get your foot in the door with one of the area's leading employers! As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Austin, IN

Pay Range: $15/hr

Shift:

1st shift 5am - 530pm rotating days

2nd shift 5pm - 530am rotating days

What's the Job?

• Work as part of a team making products across various departments.

• Ensure production lines are functioning properly and efficiently.

• Load packaging onto the production line while performing quality checks to ensure labels are correct.

• Keep working area safe and clean

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to pass 5 year clear background check and drug screen

• High School diploma or GED.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality checks.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
