Patient Ratios 3-4 couplets per nurse

Type of equipment CPN charting, infant warmers, bassinets, NELCOR pulse oximetry for CCHD, Bili lights, IV pumps

Most recruited for: Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Mother Baby experience NRP & BLS required

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Personal connection capability with patients (pt-centered care) Flexible; would be nice had transition experience
