Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay $16.84 per hour Schedule: First Shift 7:00am-3:30pm Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US. Products & Equipment Products being handled: management of inbound products such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, anchors, etc. Equipment: sit‑down forklifts and pallet jacks Benefits Paid training and support to take your next step Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc. start after 30 days Paid time off 401(k) offers a company match High valued stock at 15% employee discount Employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics/appliances, cell phones, travel, and more Safety gear provided Caring leadership prioritizing safety — every shift, every role Continuous improvement focus designed for success Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must have a clean driving record and a personal vehicle, and travel within the area 25–50% of the day Strong technical aptitude including using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and entering orders into a WMS system Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Must be able to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors Must work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly thorough and dependable Good attendance record and punctuality High level of accuracy, even under pressure Ability to stand for long periods of time Comfortable using health and safety methods Available for flexible schedule and various work shifts Valid driver’s license and meeting Ryder's driving qualifications Valid Forklift Operator's License certified One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting Accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, loading and unloading of trucks Handle day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc. Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour of production Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract Perform other duties as assigned Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
