Job Description Job Description Medical Appointment Scheduler Exceptional Recruiting is seekingtalented and cheerful Medical Appointment Scheduler for an OB/GYN Clinic group based in Alpharetta! Full time Direct hire Work Location: Alpharetta Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Pay: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr depending upon experience ECW experience is desirable, but not required Supportive management team We are looking for the ultimate team player whose efforts and flexibility allow physicians and medical assistants to stay focused on the ultimate goals of quality patient care and the smooth flow of business through the clinic. Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and prioritize urgent matters that must be escalated for immediate assistance. • Schedule patient appointments accurately and cooperate effectively with teammates to ensure the best quality of compassionate care is provided to each patient regardless of socioeconomic and racial background. • Verify and explain insurance benefits information while documenting all information accurately into the EMR system • Work effectively, proactively, and efficiently with coworkers/supervisors to promote a positive work atmosphere, provide quality patient care, and a cohesive team environment Requirements: • Excellent computer skills with an ability to operate in multiple programs at one time while speaking on the phone • Familiarity with medical insurance desired and must be willing to eventually learn all front office roles to fill in as needed • Strong organizational skills and an ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently • Desire to learn, grow, and work in a position where you make a difference in people’s lives everyday • Ability to learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced demanding environment, have strong attendance and attention to detail Apply today! \nCompany Description Exceptional Recruiting, founded in 2020, is Atlanta's top direct-hire recruiting firm.
