Tax Analyst/Tax Accountant
Location: Norwalk, CT (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
- Processing business license renewals
- Updating historical and current business license data
- Possibility of handling E911 tax compliance including matching and mailing tax returns with tax checks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Accounting background 2+ years of experience
- Detail and process oriented
- Experience processing vendor payments, including checks.
- Experience with general ledger account reconciliations
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, high proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with tax return preparation or business license compliance is a plus.
