Starting at $85K (Salary)/ Starting at $40/Hour (Per Diem)

Reports To:

Clinical Director (Clinical Supervisor= Supervising Psychiatrist)

Supervises (If Applicable):

Mental Health Workers (SW, MHW)

Summary

Thrive Therapy is looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The candidate must be able to work on-site and complete supervisor and clinical service hours as needed. This position is on a per-diem basis to start and will turn into a full-time, salaried position based on the program growth.

Major Job Duties

• Assess clients and develop comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.

• Providing individual, caregiver and group therapy sessions.

• Provide supervision to assigned Mental Health Workers (MHW).

• Initiate crisis intervention and case management measures as needed.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

• Coordinate with community resources and services.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development.

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

• At least five (2) years of experience providing mental health treatment.

• Strong knowledge of community resources and social services.

• A background check in accordance with state and federal regulations; State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance.

• NPI Query and current driver’s license.

• Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services.

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

• Computer proficiency and the ability to provide telehealth
