Permanent job opening Established physician owned primary care group seeking to add a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to Work at skilled nursing facilities in Pasco/Pinellas county, Florida region At least 3 years of experience as a physician in adult/Family practice or Internal Medicine with significant adult/geriatric patient experience Current unrestricted Florida state license MD/DO Work Monday-Friday-8am-5pm; averaging 25-30 patients per day Daily call rotation 10:1 Focus is on post acute care Working knowledge of basic primary care principles, theory and practice and ability to stay current with recent developments. Ability to work independently. Ability to interact and communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff and family members. Computer literate Eclinical experience Group is contracted at about 50 SNFs in the Greater Tampa area Geriatric patient population Nurse practitioners work at these SNFs, too, but on opposite days of the physicians No need to supervise the NPs No advanced certifications required (ACLS, BLS, etc.) No visa candidates, unfortunately Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
