Description The Assistant Varsity Girls’ Basketball coach is responsible for assisting with planning, organizing, and managing the middle and upper school program for the sport. The Assistant Varsity Girls’ Basketball coach supports the experience of Flint Hill students and faculty and aligns with the mission, vision, and core values of the school, the Flint Hill Statement of Institutional Equity and Inclusion, and the Portrait of the Flint Hill Student. This position reports to the Head Coach and the Director of Athletics; preference will be given to candidates who can coach multiple sports or fulfill other full-time faculty/staff roles at Flint Hill.
