Plumber PositionIsaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced plumber for their Big Flats, NY location servicing the Twin Tiers region. Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.Responsibilities:Perform repair and installation of plumbing fixtures, faucets, liners, and water heaters.Perform emergency plumbing services, such as fixing leaks and burst/frozen pipesPerforming plumbing related services to complement HVAC installationsDiagnose and repair issues related to system performance or failureContinued communication with dispatch, management, and other relevant teamsEnsure great client service by educating and providing excellent customer service to clients in the fieldJob qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 3 years of plumbing experience preferredValid driver's license / clean driving record requiredOSHA 10-hour construction course preferredCompetencies:Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsThe starting base salary range for this position is $25-$30/hr or more based on experience. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
