Immigration Paralegal - Full Time Or Part Time

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join a growing U.S. immigration law firm and support complex employment and investment-based immigration matters.

This is a fully remote role for a highly organized legal professional who understands U.S. immigration processes, works confidently with clients, and delivers accurate work under strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize employment and investment-based immigration petitions.
• Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence and organize supporting documentation.
• Draft immigration forms, support letters, legal correspondence, and case documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, collect documents, and provide case updates.
• Track filing deadlines, case milestones, and government notices.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital case files.
• Support attorneys with case preparation and follow established firm procedures.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support research, drafting, organization, and productivity.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Paralegal, Lawyer, or Attorney.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience handling U.S. immigration matters for a U.S. law firm.
• Strong experience with employment-based or investment-based immigration.
• Hands-on experience with preparing and filing immigration petitions.
• Experience preparing RFE responses and supporting evidence.
• Strong legal drafting and document preparation skills.
• Experience with MyCase or comparable legal case management software.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
