Full Stack Engineer – AWS Cloud & Modern Web Development

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team with a strong focus on AWS cloud-based development and deployments. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications deployed on AWS infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud-native development, containerization, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD practices will be essential to delivering high-quality, secure, and performant solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain applications using modern DevOps practices and tools. This role is an individual contributor opportunity intended for intellectually curious individuals who enjoy solving complex technical challenges across the full stack.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with AWS and AI-related technologies

Backend Development

Experience with backend frameworks such as:

• NestJS
• Node.js
• Similar modern backend frameworks

Frontend Development

Proficiency building modern responsive applications using:

• Angular
• React
• Similar frontend frameworks

AWS Cloud

Extensive experience with AWS services including:

• ECS (Elastic Container Service) for container orchestration
• EC2 for VM-based applications
• S3
• RDS
• Lambda
• IAM
• CloudWatch
• Additional core AWS services

Containerization

Solid experience with Docker and container-based deployments.

Infrastructure as Code

Hands-on experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure.

CI/CD

Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab CI/CD.

Version Control

Strong proficiency with Git and GitLab workflows.

Identity Management

Experience integrating applications with enterprise Identity Providers, specifically Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Package Management

Familiarity with artifact repositories such as CloudSmith.

APIs & Data

Experience with:

• RESTful APIs
• GraphQL
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

Testing

Experience with testing frameworks such as:

• Jest
• Mocha
• Jasmine
• Similar testing tools

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional engineering environments

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
