Pediatric Dental Assisting experience is preferred, however, we will support the training and development of an experienced dental assistant. Radiography requirements according to the state regulations. Experience Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired. Pediatric experience, preferred Job-related skills/competencies Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills – must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships. Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times. Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management. Project a capable and professional image reflective of Company Values. Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and perform duties in a timely manner. PC skills with the ability to learn and use new software programs; proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; experience with fax, copy machines, and general office equipment.
