Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing care to patients undergoing surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort during procedures. You will work closely with the surgical team, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to prepare for operations and assist as needed. This position involves engaging with patients and their families, managing surgical instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment. The schedule consists of 5 shifts per week, including call every 4th weekend. Ideal candidates will have experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting and a background in orthopedic and general surgery.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in OR preferred
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• MinExperienceRequired
• EMR System
