RN Nurse Manager - Preop and Postop

RN Nurse Manager – Preop / Postop Units Location: Providence Cedars‑Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, Tarzana, CA. This is a full‑time, 8‑hour day shift position. Responsibilities Ensure superior patient/customer satisfaction through the highest quality care and service. Direct and supervise functions and activities in the assigned perioperative units. Provide leadership in the professional practice setting and advocate for the protection and rights of patients and staff. Implement and interpret policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. Perform nursing duties in any capacity as needed. Adhere to ANA Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field. Valid California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire. Coursework or training in Management of Aggressive Behavior within 90 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
