Commercial Drywall Project ManagerA well-established commercial interiors contractor is hiring a Drywall Project Manager to lead projects across their full scope: drywall, acoustical ceilings, structural framing, and light gauge metal framing. You'll own projects from award through closeout on a strong pipeline of commercial work, including office, healthcare, education, retail, and multifamily projects.What you'll doManage commercial drywall, acoustical ceiling (ACT), light gauge metal framing, and structural/CFS framing projects from handoff through closeoutBuild and maintain project schedules, and coordinate manpower with field superintendents and foremenOwn budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly billingProcess submittals, RFIs, change orders, and shop drawingsProcure materials and manage vendor and subcontractor relationshipsServe as the main point of contact for general contractors, architects, and ownersDrive safety, quality, and on-time delivery on every jobWhat you'll bring3+ years of project management experience in commercial drywall, framing, or interior systemsWorking knowledge of ACT systems, metal stud framing, structural/CFS framing, and fire-rated and acoustical assembliesStrong blueprint and spec reading skillsExperience with scheduling, job costing, and project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)Strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projectsEstimating or field experience is a plusWhat's offeredCompetitive base salary plus bonus potentialHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with matchPaid time off and holidaysStable company with consistent backlog and growth opportunities
