The Overnight Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a medium-sized facility ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 square feet. Working independently overnight, this role ensures the environment is safe, tidy, and welcoming by performing routine cleaning tasks while adhering to standard safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the facility
• Remove trash and properly dispose of waste materials
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and minor upkeep
• Sanitize restrooms to maintain hygiene standards
• Report any maintenance or safety issues encountered during the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in janitorial services
• Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and floor care
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
