Telehealth LCSW: Clinical Social Work & Care Coordination

OHI - Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to implement the Social Work Department Strategic Plan and coordinate psychosocial care across a multidisciplinary health center.
