Why You’ll Love Working With Us $17–$20/hr. based on experience; $0.50/hr. increase after 90 days Differential pay for weekends & overnights Paid training, onboarding & orientation Flexible schedules (days, evenings, weekends, overnights) Mileage reimbursement between clients Ongoing skills training & support Referral bonuses A supportive team that listens, invests in you, and helps you grow What You’ll Do Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided) Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them Bring joy by participating in activities they enjoy conversation, hobbies, shared tasks, or outings Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and their families Communicate observations and updates to the office What We’re Looking For Compassion, patience, reliability, and a heart for serving older adults All experience levels welcome — no experience required Successful completion of a background check & motor vehicle screening required Reliable transportation to and from assignments required Driver’s license preferred Must be eligible to work in the United States Be Part of Something Meaningful Join a team where your work truly matters — to clients, to families, and to us.
