You will lead our on-site team and report directly to the Chief of Security. Job Overview Position: Security Supervisor Schedule: Day Shift, Full-Time Compensation: $25.00 per hour, biweekly pay frequency Benefits: Full benefits package included Reports To: Chief of Security Environment: Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Supervise Staff: Lead, train, and schedule security personnel. Responsible for any disciplinary actions Monitor Operations: Oversee gate access, patrols, and heavy machinery perimeter surveillance. Maintain a safe and secure environment Enforce Protocols: Ensure strict compliance with safety and hazard policies. Incident Response: Act as first responder to site emergencies and disturbances. Report Writing: Document detailed incident logs for the Chief of Security. Inspect Equipment: Verify that all security systems function properly. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional security experience. Licensing: Must possess current CPL or CCW license. Leadership: Proven track record managing or supervising a security team. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Problem Solving: Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure. Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening and have a clean driving record. Physical Requirements Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods. Mobility: Capability to patrol expansive indoor and outdoor grounds.
