We are looking for an organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support a services environment in South Carolina. This contract opportunity offers a part-time, in-person schedule of approximately 16 hours per week, typically Monday through Thursday for about four hours each day. The person in this role will help keep projects, meetings, and client-facing materials running smoothly through strong coordination, communication, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
• Create client-ready presentations, agendas, worksheets, and other materials for meetings, retreats, trainings, and facilitated sessions.
• Write, revise, and format meeting notes, summaries, reports, and related documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Turn handwritten notes and discussion points into clear, well-structured business documents and reference materials.
• Perform research and contribute to the development of tailored workshop, consulting, and training content.
• Manage meeting preparation by coordinating logistics, organizing supplies, and assembling materials for off-site events.
• Provide administrative and communications support, including assistance with newsletters, social media content, and other ongoing needs.
• Support executive scheduling needs and help maintain alignment across meetings, deadlines, and project priorities.
• Assist with travel coordination and related arrangements when meetings or business activities require it.

• Able to work a PART TIME Schedule ~16 hours/week

• Experience providing executive or administrative support in an office setting.

• Strong ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and keep schedules organized.

• Background in arranging travel and handling related logistics with attention to detail.

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and document formatting skills.

• Ability to prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and agendas.

• Comfortable working independently in an in-person environment on a part-time schedule.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
