Evolutionary Healthcare is expanding our physician-led team and seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Osteopathic Physician (DO) with experience in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Florida.

What You’ll Do As an OMT Physician, you will: Provide osteopathic manipulative treatment and medical evaluations in post-acute and skilled nursing settings Diagnose and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions using hands-on osteopathic principles Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on mobility, pain management, and functional recovery Build meaningful relationships with patients in Florida communities

Qualifications We are seeking physicians who have: Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board Certification or Board Eligibility Experience performing Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in post-acute, geriatrics, or skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.
