Senior Planner

Role Summary A Senior Planner at MacLean-Fogg plays a pivotal role in developing and executing production schedules that maximize efficiency and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. The primary focus will be to strategically align production capacity with customer demand while effectively managing resources. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate production cycles to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to operational timelines Effectively communicate critical schedules and deadlines to production staff, fostering a shared understanding of priorities and expectations Analyze data to forecast demand accurately and establish optimal inventory levels, ensuring alignment with production needs and minimizing excess stock Monitor and evaluate production output to ensure it consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards and quality benchmarks Assist in the strategic planning of both made‑to‑stock and made‑to‑order operations, adapting to fluctuating market demands and customer requirements Perform all other duties assigned.
