Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe Schedule : Full Time, Part-Time, PRN | 12-hour shifts | Day or Night ShiftOur Conroe Neurorecovery inpatient rehab provides interdisciplinary, patient-centered care, focused on improving functional independence and quality of life for patients with neurological injuries and complex diagnoses.The program at Conroe focuses on neurological rehabilitation, functional skill development, and stability in a structured, assisted-living rehab environment. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with residents and their families to promote independence, safety, and long-term progress through individualized treatment plans, therapeutic programming, and evidence-based care.We serve individuals with traumatic brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and complex neurological conditions who require ongoing rehabilitation and support to improve quality of life and daily functioning.Position SummaryThe Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to residents with neurological and medically complex conditions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
