Job Summary LGLNA is a growing business that requires a skilled and engaging 3rd party warehouse management operator to support our rapidly expanding organization. The right candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment and collaborate with company team members. They must be skilled in candidate screening and management, inbound and outbound communication (internal and customer), and strategic planning. We’re looking for an experienced warehouse professional who will partner with our customer relationship team to support and develop our fast‑growing business. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct routine warehouse operations Manage all inbound and outbound of 400–500 SKU products Manage warehouse inventory and keep records; conduct daily, monthly, and annual inventory Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates Manage trucking delivery drivers Resolve any arising problems and complaints in a timely manner Collaborate with sales teams to manage logistics operations reliably Report by establishing the optimal logistics warehouse operation plan Collaborate with leadership team to guide and understand skills and competencies required for openings Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures Track and record performance reviews Monthly AR/AP closing management Confirm dispatch on customer order and review for reliable delivery Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices Other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities Excellent Excel skills Ability to understand and operate all areas of the supply chain Understanding of warehouse processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Korean) Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines Proficient computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, Google Drive Fantastic organizational and time‑management skillsMeticulous attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Solutions focused with great problem‑solving skills Maintain high level of professionalism and employee confidence Ability to work independently, making sound and appropriate decisions and escalating when appropriate Education & Experience 7 years of warehouse or forwarding management experience, preferred Physical Requirements Ability to travel to various operational sites Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times Must be able to access and navigate each IT system and operational websites Other Requirements The warehouse is located in Holland, Michigan. The position involves operating the company's MRO and subsidiary materials handling. The candidate must be able to travel to field sites and offices as needed, and as we continue to expand.
