$2080.80/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized Med/Surg Telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during night shifts, adhering to hospital policies and protocols. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs effectively. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Document patient information accurately using Epic charting system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Comply with all hospital and regulatory requirements, including certifications and licensing. Qualifications: Hold a valid Ohio or Compact State license and provide proof at submission. Possess a minimum of 18 months recent Per Diem or permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Be certified in American Red Cross BLS and ACLS, active and in hand. Demonstrate recent Epic charting experience (within last 6 months). Provide a recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
