What You’ll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and/or community settings Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA Collect and record session data to monitor client progress Support development in communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and clinical team Prepare therapy materials and adapt sessions to client needs Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings What We’re Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience working with children or individuals with autism (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect accurate data Reliable transportation for local client sessions Availability for afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts Why Join Valcor ABA?
