Now Hiring: Licensed Clinician – Roxboro, NC

Compensation

• $50,000 - $65,000 annually (Based on Experience)
• Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Complete clinical assessments, intakes, and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and update Person-Centered Treatment Plans.
• Facilitate psychoeducation, life skills, and relapse prevention groups.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Coordinate care with families, healthcare providers, and community agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in on-call crisis rotation as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure Medicaid compliance.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina License in one of the following:
• • LCSW / LCSW-A
  • LCMHC / LCMHC-A
  • LCAS / LCAS-A
  • LMFT / LMFT-A
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and compliance.
• Crisis intervention experience.
• Experience providing individual, family, and group counseling.
