Job Summary:
Bilingual English/ Spanish General Labor
Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments, check against purchase orders, inspect for damage or missing items, and organize products in designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately, label shipments, and prepare them for shipping. Assist in loading/unloading trucks or containers
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse machinery. Perform routine maintenance checks and report malfunctions.
- Inspect products for defects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Keep work areas clean and organized, dispose of waste properly, and assist with general warehouse
- Enter incoming/outgoing items into warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory
Qualifications:
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Attention to safety and detail.
