Role Description This full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role is based in Delray Beach, FL. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, and presenting available floor plans and community amenities. This role manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through application, approval, and move-in, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. Daily tasks include responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries, following up with prospects, preparing and executing lease agreements, and supporting resident retention initiatives. The Leasing Consultant collaborates with the onsite team to maintain high occupancy, support marketing efforts, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills related to leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate leasing documentation. Candidates should possess strengths in resident retention and customer service, focusing on building positive relationships and resolving concerns promptly. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with residents, prospects, and team members. Prior experience in property management, multifamily housing, or sales is beneficial. Basic proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office or similar tools is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
