Inventory Services Coordinator

: Position Summary Responsible for the coordination of inventory optimization for multiple departments -across multiple facilities within MaineHealth. The ISC will support and implement key supply chain initiatives and safety practices as appropriate and demonstrate MaineHealth core values when interacting with co-workers, patients, and their families. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High School diploma or college coursework preferred.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: Previous Supply Chain operational expertise such as floor stocking, buyer, warehouse distribution preferred.
• Specialized training in material management field strongly desired.
• Experience with computer based materiel management systems required.
• Working knowledge of Office Suite - Word/Excel/Powerpoint required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and work efficiently with a variety of computer applications required.
• Oral and written communication needs to be professional, clear and concise.
• Must be able to travel among company sites as needed.
