Forklift Warehouse Material Handler

Position Overview Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Stand‑Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio. Pay Base pay: $23.00 per hour. .50% increase after 6 months and 1 year. Overtime pay: $34.50 per hour. Additional Compensation Productivity incentives: eligible to earn up to an extra $10.00 per hour. Monthly attendance bonuses. Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 paid in installments at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days. Schedule Day shift options: Sun‑Wed 4:30 am – 4:00 pm OR 5:30 am – 5:00 pm Wed‑Sat 4:30 am – 4:00 pm OR 5:30 am – 5:00 pm 44‑55 hours per week. 11‑hour shifts. High accuracy under pressure. Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods. Use of health and safety methods. Available for a flexible schedule across shifts. Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up. Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract. Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote induction, staging of products, and load/unload trucks. Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
