Role Overview: A Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy operations, manages staff, and ensures high-quality patient care and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and complying with regulations. Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory, and safety protocols. Lead customer service initiatives, ensuring staff deliver excellent service. Participate in community outreach programs to promote community health and engagement. Ensure compliance with legal, company policies, and safety standards through report analysis and loss prevention measures. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of an accredited immunization training program. Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers. Ability to analyze data for performance improvement and financial decision-making. Experience managing pharmacy staff and operations.
