You will evaluate submissions, perform risk and coverage analysis, structure terms, and maintain a profitable portfolio while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. Partnering closely with brokers and clients, you will craft tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and support key renewals. You’ll collaborate with risk engineering, claims, and global teams, mentor junior underwriters, and contribute to Zurich’s customer-centric, sustainable underwriting strategies.
