Patient Dining Services Manager

Salary: $65,000-$70,000 Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance: $5,000 + relocation assistance Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating weekends/holidays Location: Oxford, MS Job Summary We are seeking a Patient Dining Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team at a 150‑bed acute care facility in Oxford, MS. Key Responsibilities Establish goals and oversee implementation of patient food services needs based upon medical direction and patient population Hire, direct, coach, train, and develop patient service team members Comply with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure optimal food preferences are met within guidelines of the diet order limitations Ensure patient services staff assists in achieving stated patient satisfaction goals Comply with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies Participate in or lead patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility‑wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs Qualifications Associate degree with one year of experience in food services or related field, or bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Dietitian Technician, or Registered Dietitian, preferred Minimum one year experience in food service management in an acute care setting preferred ServSafe® certification desirable Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical record, and diet office systems Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance / AD Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Flexible Time Off Paid Parental Leave Holiday Time Off Personal Leave Associate Shopping Program Health and Wellness Programs Discount Marketplace Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Commuter Benefits Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
