We're looking for an organized and customer focused Travel Reservations Coordinator to assist with coordinating travel bookings, managing reservation details, and ensuring every itinerary is accurate from start to finish. In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to coordinate reservations, monitor travel details, and support clients throughout the booking process. You'll work independently while maintaining accuracy, organization, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
• Manage booking details and itinerary updates
• Communicate with clients to confirm travel preferences and reservation information
• Track travel documents and booking deadlines
• Maintain organized digital records
• Review reservation details for accuracy before travel
• Support a smooth customer experience from booking through departure

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a remote environment
• Experience in reservations, hospitality, scheduling, or administrative support is a plus
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
