We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple onsite positions during the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high school levels, forming meaningful connections and supporting positive educational outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current WA State SLP license or willingness to obtain prior to start date
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of student evaluations, IEP development, and individualized intervention
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI (or willing to complete process)
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Ability to work onsite only—virtual candidates will not be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to foster an inclusive and supportive environment
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking for each student
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families regarding communication disorders and support
