About the Role BE Fit Physical Therapy, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is excited to welcome a passionate Physical Therapist to our Hanover, NH location. As a Physical Therapist at BE Fit, you’ll deliver quality, evidence‑based care to help patients achieve their best outcomes. Your diverse caseload will include orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, and musculoskeletal diagnoses. Typical day includes: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized plans of care, incorporating manual therapy, neuromuscular training, functional rehabilitation, and more. Collaborate with support staff and other specialists to provide seamless, team‑based care. Foster patients’ long‑term well‑being with fitness and wellness programs tailored to their needs.
