Account Representative (State Farm Agent Team Member)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service—helping with inquiries related to:
  • coverage availability and eligibility
  • policy changes and transfers
  • claim submissions
  • billing questions and clarifications
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options.
• Prospect for new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
