**Join Our Dynamic ICU Team!** **Job Description:** - Position: Registered Nurse in the ICU/CCU - Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - Location: 2WB - Medical-Surgical ICU **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment - Manage a patient ratio of 1:2 during day and night shifts - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting - Previous charge experience preferred - Travel experience preferred - Certifications: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - preferred - BLS (Basic Life Support) - required **Preferred Skills:** - IV therapy and management* - Arterial line management - Central line care/management - Ventilator management - Post Cardiac Surgery management* - Administration of chemotherapy* - Experience with ECMO* and IABP* **Work Environment:** - Daily Census: 14 patients - Number of Beds: 16 - Number of Rooms: 12 - Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend (6 shifts per 6 week period) - Float Required: Yes, based on schedule - Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request - Orientation Hours: 36 **Patient Demographics:** - Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics - Common Diagnoses: Medical-Surgical ICU Cases **Special Equipment:** - CRRT (NXXT Stage) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
