Our Subway locations at 904 S. Green Bay Ave. and 1526 Commercial Street in Neenah are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to help lead our restaurant team. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting wage of $14.00$17.00 per hour, plus a full benefits package.
What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Manager to help keep the restaurant running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruit, train and develop new Associates
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Assist with inventory management
- Prepare food, including baking bread and cookies
- Prepare sandwiches to guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent guest service and operate the cash register
What We're Looking For
- A motivated, dependable team player who enjoys working with people
- Previous management or leadership experience is appreciated
- Experience in a sandwich shop or restaurant environment is a plus
