Position Overview:
Aaron Bussard State Farm is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an Intern – State Farm Agent Team Member.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world professional experience while developing skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and business operations. You will work alongside an experienced State Farm Agent and team while learning how to build customer relationships, identify customer needs, and contribute to the growth of a local business.

This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to earn additional hours based on performance, availability, and the needs of the agency. Team members will also have the ability to earn additional incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing leads and supporting agency marketing efforts
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and existing customers. Help identify customer needs and introduce appropriate insurance products and services
• Support customer service and day-to-day agency activities
• Participate in community outreach and other business development opportunities
• Work toward mutually agreed-upon marketing and performance goals
• Maintain accurate and timely follow-up with customers and prospects

Requirements:
