Have an eye for detail? Help make every batch meet the mark! Elwood Staffing is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for Rise Bakery. Put your quality control experience to work checking ingredients, testing products, and helping ensure consistent quality in bakery production.

This hands-on role combines quality inspections, measuring and mixing ingredients, baking cookies for testing, and accurately recording results. Relevant experience and a resume are required.

Quality Assurance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm)

• Inspect incoming materials, products during production, and finished goods.
• Perform quality checks and testing to verify products meet specifications.
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients.
• Bake cookies as part of the product testing process.
• Record test results and maintain accurate quality control documentation.

Quality Assurance Technician Qualifications:

• Relevant quality assurance or quality control experience
• A resume highlighting your experience
• Attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and recording results
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds as needed Baking experience is a plus, but is not required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
