Key Responsibilities\n

  • Perform detailed psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat various mental and emotional disorders, adjusting care plans based on ongoing evaluations of patient status.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community resources, to develop comprehensive discharge plans that improve continuity of care and patient outcomes.

  • Provide referrals to additional services such as support groups, outpatient programs, and psychiatrists when necessary, promoting a holistic support network for clients.

  • Act in accordance with the Mental Health Practice Act, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations to maintain compliance and uphold clinical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
