Warehouse Specialist An international shipping and logistics company in Oceanside is hiring for a Warehouse Specialist. Direct Hire: $22-$24/hr DOE Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Manage shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits. Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. Utilize inventory management systems, including Acceleration or similar software, to track inventory movement. Generate reports and maintain documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities. Collaborate with internal departments and carriers to resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and warehouse best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with other warehouse and logistics-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or inventory control environment. Experience using inventory management systems such as Acceleration or similar ERP/WMS software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting inventory data. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse setting. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required.
