Are you an experienced sales professional who knows how to prospect, build relationships, and close business?

Quote My PEO® is looking for motivated Full Cycle Sales Representatives who are ready to take ownership of the entire sales process and turn opportunities into customers.

This is more than an appointment-setting role. You'll manage the sales journey from the initial conversation through discovery, solution presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and close. What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating and closing new business while building long-term client relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Prospect for new business through phone, email, video, and other virtual outreach.

• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to identify potential opportunities.

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges.

• Present Quote My PEO® solutions and clearly explain their value.

• Develop customized solutions based on each prospect's needs.

• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.

• Consistently follow up with prospects and move opportunities forward.

• Handle questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.

• Negotiate and close new business.

• Build strong relationships that can lead to long-term client partnerships.

• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information in the CRM.

• Work toward and exceed individual sales goals.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced sales professionals who are confident, competitive, and comfortable owning their results.

Successful candidates will typically have:

• Proven experience managing a sales process from prospecting through close.

• Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.

• Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Confidence handling objections and navigating sales conversations.

• Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.

• A self-motivated and disciplined approach to sales.

• The ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• A track record of working toward and achieving sales goals.

• A professional and consultative approach to selling.

B2B, PEO, payroll, HR services, financial services, insurance, or other consultative sales experience is a plus.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-based sales opportunity designed for professionals who want their earning potential to reflect their performance.

Expected annual earnings: $94,555–$175,999
