Retail Sales Associate - 2170

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team! The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn $10.00 to $14.00 per hour, plus an easily achievable commission structure that pays for every transaction processed. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and have a strong desire to work with people. Responsibilities will include greeting and interacting with customers, performing sales and loan transactions, and maintaining the sales floor. Responsibilities Greets and interacts with all customers to develop a rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions. Performs non-management open/close procedures. Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains the display of merchandise. Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time. Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
