Responsibilities Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations. Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living. Observe patients during treatments and report observations to Physical Therapist. Communicate with staff and other health team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs. Qualifications Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care. Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education. Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes. Compensation $24 - $32/hr inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
